Please note: due to migration to IRIS, the new research information system, it will not be possible to submit a thesis on Serval between July 22 and the week of August 18. For further information, click here.
Theses are deposited electronically on Serval. BCUL is responsible for validating your deposit, but it is your responsibility to check that your pdf :
- is the final version that has obtained the imprimatur
- includes the title page and imprimatur
- is of sufficient quality, especially if it includes images (max 350 MB)
- respects any confidentiality agreements signed (publishing house, patent, etc.).
Once these conditions have been met, you must :
- order your grade online
- upload your thesis to Serval as a pdf file, including title page and imprimatur
- accept the general conditions of diffusion (in the grade order)
Be careful: once the deposit has been validated, it is very difficult to modify it!
IMPORTANT: You must remain registered until your thesis deposit is validated by the BCUL. If the deposit on Serval is validated:
- after October 15: registration is mandatory for the fall semester.
- after February 28: registration is mandatory for the spring semester.
